This position will support and maintain Nasdaq's Tempo Timesheets application deployed on the Nasdaq Global Jira. Tempo Timesheets is a plug-in to Jira.
The Tempo user base is Marketplace Technology and Market Services, part of the Nasdaq Financial Technology division . Current number of users are around 1400 across 20+ countries.
You will work closely with the Jira Admin and the Tempo users as well as with the key stakeholder groups - Business Control, Resource and Project Managers.
The applicant should have previous experience supporting tools with a broad user base and have a curiosity about systems and IT.

Drive application improvements/automation
Run month end reporting for Business Control
Collaborate with Jira Admin
Run regression testing in connection to Jira upgrades
Connect with/advise key stakeholders on improvements
Maintain user and system documentation
What We Expect
Degree in Accounting/Finance or IT is preferred
Business analysis experience implementing and/or supporting time tracking tools or alike
Fluent in English. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be very service minded
Enjoys working with users to tackle issues and work through business/system problems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to build relationships within the organization

Additional Information
Responsible for Daily Technical Operations including Application Management and Support for all Nasdaq provided services. This includes 24/7 Technical Operations and Application Support, managing Incidents for both internal and external customers, installing application updates and maintaining operational documentation and procedures.
