Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and health regulations
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and improve performance
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations
Adhere & uphold Fairmont Olympic Hotel service standards
Strive to create a memorable experience and "Turn Moments into Memories" for guests
Participate in Staff Trainings and Product Knowledge Development
Perform opening and/or closing duties
Shift-Coverage of colleagues as needed
Ability to suggest coaching & disciplinary action for colleagues
Ensure cleanliness, health & safety protocols, and EHC standards are always met
Conduct daily briefings and motivate colleagues
Resolve service & product guest recoveries following standard procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Outlets. IE. Administrative duties, assisting in all aspects of the operation
Requirements
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 2 years restaurant/bar experience preferred
Prior supervisory experience is considered an asset
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Self-driven & passionate
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
Must hold valid authorization to work in the US
Food Handlers Card and MAST permit required
