Tabs is hiring a Solutions Consultant based in New York to play an integral role in our pre-sales process helping craft solutions and be a thought partner to both our Go-to-Market organization and our clients. Responsibilities
Partner closely with finance and accounting leaders to demonstrate the capabilities of the Tabs platform, focusing on solving business problems and articulating end-to-end workflows
Manage pre-sales projects, ensuring the feasibility of proposed solutions and conducting proof-of-concept development in close collaboration with the Implementation team at Tabs to ensure tight alignment with product capabilities
Support the Go-to-Market team by offering a consultative and solutions-oriented approach in meetings with prospects, and translating those solutions into workflow maps, implementation proposals and other materials and assets
Provide guidance on integrating Tabs into clients' broader tech stack, which often involves navigating complex systems like ERP, CRM, and BI tools
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a consultative approach to technical and business problem-solving
Requirements

Commercial Savvy - Strong understanding of commercial dynamics and stakeholder management.
Exceptional Communicator - Excellent presentation skills, evidenced by an ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences both verbally and visually.
4+ years of overall experience, ideally with Big 4, management consulting or direct accounting experience at a tech start up
Familiarity with how systems like ERPs or CRMs integrate in a complex technology stack and be able to drive technical consultative partnership with CFOs and Controllers
Bonus points for experience in accounting, either as a CPA or prior experience working directly with accountants/controllers
Bonus points for experience in order to cash processes and / or commercial proposals

This role is based in New York City 5 days a week at our Soho office.
