Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial company. Understanding of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems is a plus. Familiar with lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong time management and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Open-minded and proactive in proposing new ideas and process improvements. Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
