JOB PURPOSE DUTIES: We seek a Lead Manufacturing Engineer based out of our location at 1624 Meijer Drive, Troy, MI 48084. Note, this position requires up to 5% domestic travel.

Responsibilities

  • TITLE : Lead Manufacturing Engineer
  • REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related and 36 months of experience in job offered or related.
  • Experience with developing High pressure hydraulics and Pneumatic systems
  • Experience with light duty, medium duty, heavy duty fuel system components manufacturing and/or remanufacturing
  • Experience with commissioning leak test systems (Decay, Tracer gas, and Mass flow)
  • Experience with Data Acquisition Systems, industrial control systems Industrial Vision systems (Keyence and Cognex) and assembly line design
  • Experience with CAN communication and testing CAN Devices
  • Experience with tooling and nesting mechanical design for assembly and test stations using CAD software
  • This position requires up to 5% domestic travel
