- Capabilities and Experience
- Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale change/adoption initiatives, ideally in Workday or similar SaaS ecosystems.
- Provide ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and operate credibly at a senior level.
- Deep understanding of experience-led, data-informed adoption models and how to operationalize them.
- Track record of building capability in others and shaping team/practice-level outcomes.
Requirements
- PROSCI® (or comparable) is beneficial
- Workday certification(s) or willingness to obtain/ maintain is strongly valued (role operates in a Workday focused environment)
