Pay: $21-$26/hour Schedule: PRN, Monday - Friday, flexible shifts (typically 8:00 AM-6:30 PM) Novir is a fast-growing startup with a work hard, play hard attitude. Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or current, active Colorado license or EMT certification
• 3+ years of MA/EMT experience
• Strong patient-facing and communication skills
• Experience in assisted living and/or skilled nursing preferred
• Ability to connect with elderly populations and support individualized care needs
• Basic computer proficiency (EMR systems, email, etc.)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic site
