Responsibilities

  • Monitoring & Reporting : Maintain audit-ready documentation and deliver metrics on identity system performance and compliance posture.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Hands-on experience with identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and SailPoint .
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience implementing and managing MFA, Conditional Access , and automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms such as AWS, Azure DevOps, and Okta Workflows .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in regulated industries or public company environments.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and cloud-native identity solutions.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
  • B achelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Cybersecurity, or related field.
