About the role

Identifies delayed/problematic orders and follows up to ensure resolution and shipment. Ensures supervisors and operators properly use digital systems to track FIFO in production lines. Machinery Maintenance and Operation: Ensures preventive maintenance and cleaning for machinery and equipment. Verifies that equipment is operated only by trained personnel. Ensures tools and machines operate under optimal conditions. Reports unsafe conditions to the EHS department and the Manufacturing Manager. Manages preventive and corrective maintenance work orders. Training and Development: Coordinates technical, administrative, and soft‑skills training with Human Resources. Creates development plans to promote internal career growth. Maintains an updated cross‑training matrix. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. 5 years of previous experience in a similar role. Knowledge of process improvement. Experience in the medical device industry. Preferably trained in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. English proficiency at 90%. Strong service orientation and full availability. No special physical requirements. Flexibility to rotate across shifts for periods of 2-3 months.
