Accessories Designer

About the role

Role Summary The Accessories Designer is responsible for producing accurate and timely accessory designs and drawings that support formwork systems, production requirements, and project delivery. Key Accountabilities Prepare accessory designs, drawings, and related documentation in accordance with project and company requirements. Deliver accessory drawings in line with production schedules and deadlines. Ensure designs comply with specifications, system requirements, and manufacturing constraints. Coordinate with Business Development and internal teams to support drawing preparation and submission. Maintain accurate and organised records of all accessory design documentation. Identify and escalate design issues or inconsistencies. Contribute to continuous improvement of accessory design standards and processes. Authority & Responsibility Responsible for the accuracy and quality of accessory design outputs. Accountable for managing assigned work in line with project and production priorities. Required to follow established procedures and escalate risks where necessary. General Maintain professional conduct and good housekeeping within the design function. Use company equipment and systems responsibly. Ensure confidentiality of all company documentation and activities. Undertake any other duties reasonably assigned by Management.
