The role is part of the larger marketing team that is accountable for strategy development, creative development, and campaign execution. Job Responsibilities: Develops concepts, designs, edits and proofs compelling creative, content, promotional and/or marketing materials, based upon strategic inputs, that meet defined objectives and are optimized for scale, efficiency and effectiveness. Provides hands-on design and production services from concept to execution for a full range of digital and print collateral, including brochures, presentations, fact sheets, ads, infographics, white papers/case studies, trade shows, etc. Uses rationale to present creative concepts and can defend work based upon strategy inputs. Has a comprehensive understanding of direct response creative drivers and develops designs that deliver customer-centric results. Leverages a comprehensive understanding of audience to develop compelling creative that drives action. Visually communicates complex information through simplified, relevant creative. Ensures alignment with brand, business area, production, and compliance standards. Maintains defined standards and voice. Uses performance data to iterate and improve creative assets. Updates and maintains internal databases of design, imagery, photography, and video. Completes and leverages departmental direct response best practices training. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in graphic design closely related field, or equivalent work experience 5 years in professional graphic design capacity. Excellent design ability and advanced skill level using Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop Strong attention to detail and deadline-orientation, ensuring consistent, timely, and accurate work. Experience working in collaborative environments. Ability to self-manage and follow guidelines. Ability to manage projects. Ability to take feedback and implement it into work products.
