As the Supervisor of Child Care Services , you will partner closely with the Manager to support daily operations, staff development, family engagement, and regulatory compliance.
You will:
Provide direct leadership, coaching, and support to teachers and childcare staff.
Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management activities.
Assist staff with classroom management, curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and developmental best practices.
Build strong relationships with families through effective communication and responsive service.
Support compliance efforts by maintaining staff credentials, training requirements, licensing documentation, and program standards.
Participate in licensing reviews, audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.
Help analyze program outcomes and identify opportunities to enhance the child and family experience.
Serve as a visible leader within the center and step into leadership responsibilities as needed in the Manager's absence.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required.
Minimum one (1) year of leadership experience required .
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a licensed or registered childcare facility required .
Current status on the Early Childhood Practitioner Registry and successful completion of Teacher Orientation ARM37.95.163 required .
Successful completion of sixty (60) hours of infant/toddler and sixty (60) hours of preschool coursework preferred.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
