Requirements

  • The following qualifications reflect the experience, capabilities, and attributes typically required to perform successfully in this role.
  • 5-10+ years of progressive experience in project management within professional services, consulting, or technology delivery environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex projects or programs involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of project management principles including scope, schedule, risk, and budget management
  • Experience managing project execution in professional services or consulting environments preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to identify risks early and manage issues proactively
  • Experience coordinating work across cross-functional delivery teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing project documentation and reporting
  • Experience working closely with delivery leadership or client delivery managers in structured delivery environments preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred but not required
