Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Prepare inventory reports for management review
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Ensure accurate documentation for all shipments and receipts
  • Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain records for audits and reporting purposes
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements
  • Support implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Support other warehouse logistics and procurement related activities as and when assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics environment
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation, incoterms and customs clearance processes
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and WMS systems
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Word)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physically fit to handle heavy products
  • Class 3 driving license
