- Ensure accurate documentation for all shipments and receipts
- Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain records for audits and reporting purposes
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements
- Support implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Support other warehouse logistics and procurement related activities as and when assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics environment
- Knowledge of import/export documentation, incoterms and customs clearance processes
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and WMS systems
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Word)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physically fit to handle heavy products
- Class 3 driving license
