About the role

As Assistant Engineering Manager, you'll be at the centre of our London operations-leading workshop teams, maintaining high engineering standards, and ensuring our vehicles are always ready for service. Requirements

  • Strong engineering experience in vehicle, HGV, or heavy equipment maintenance
  • Ideally, experience working in a high-demand, urban transport environment (London experience is a plus)
  • A recognised engineering qualification or apprenticeship (mechanical/electrical or equivalent)
  • Solid knowledge of Health & Safety practices (IOSH desirable)
  • Proven leadership ability with a track record of managing and developing teams
  • A proactive, resilient approach suited to a fast-paced city operation
