About the role

Manage & monitor construction activity to maintain compliance with contract specs and company quality & safety standards Prepare labor production budget & establishes & maintains labor control in coordination with superintendents & reviews cost reports with General Superintendent or PM Report cost codes and daily labor units Interface with General Superintendent to settle any union jurisdictional disputes that may arise. Works cooperatively & proactively to maintain labor union relations Monitor schedule with General Superintendent & Project Engineers, assign work to field personnel Schedule safety meetings and administers jobsite mobilization Participate in preconstruction meetings Review & verify weekly quantities Coordinate special inspections as required Ensure subcontractors follow Safety Procedures Communicate job status to Project Manager and other management team members on a regular basis Always represent Company with professionalism & a commitment to quality Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
