What you will have an opportunity to do:
BASIC FUNCTION: The Food & Beverage Break Attendant will set up and maintain the presentation of break stations during operating hours. Breaks stations are located in the conference centers, classrooms, offices, sports fields, and hotel guest rooms floors.
Status: Full Time
Availability: Mid shift
Payrate: $18 per hour
Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Set up for functions and break stations, set daily food items with the proper signage, stocking mugs, plates,bowls, polishing silverware, and brewing coffee.
Service to include picking up food from kitchen and taking it to the break locations, displaying and replenishing food.
Break down to include bussing break stations, returning food to the kitchen, restocking all break items for the following shift, sweeping, mopping and organizing storerooms.
Responsibilities also include cleaning and organizing coffee brewing areas.
Restock and maintain the presentation of Office Break Stations.
Set up and tear down F&B breaks in classrooms, labs and training rooms as needed.
Stock, maintain and clean Guest Floor Pantries. Ensure all pantries are in presentable condition.
Putting away requisition orders as needed using FIFO method. Maintain storage rooms ensuring they are neat, clean, and organized.
Report maintenance or housekeeping issues in any break stations.
