About the role

Are you passionate about driving impactful relationships in the healthcare sector? As a Key Account Manager at CSL Behring, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting innovative biotech products and strengthening our presence in the Hungarian market. You'll be the face of CSL Behring to key stakeholders, ensuring our therapies reach those who need them most. Manage and grow CSL Behring's regional accounts in Hungary. Serve as the primary contact for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Achieve ambitious sales targets in alignment with the Franchise/BU Manager. Develop and execute strategic regional account plans. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Veeva). Monitor customer performance and review progress against strategic goals. Ensure timely order tracking and execution. Support product launches and rationalizations. Identify and address customer needs, coordinating with internal departments. Organize and participate in educational events, congresses, and symposia. Act as a short-term deputy for fellow Key Account Managers when needed. Your Skills and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales or Key Account Management. Proven track record in pharmaceutical or biotech sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. High level of integrity, loyalty, and self-motivation. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Fluent in Hungarian and English (oral and written). Willingness to travel extensively within Hungary (approx. 80%) and occasionally abroad. Reporting Relationships: You will report directly to the Franchise Manager
