Manages the operation and profitability for a smaller size or single operation within the Oil Field Services or Inspection business. Conduct staff performance reviews, including assessment of training, development, and resource needs. Ensure employee compliance with company policies, safety requirements, quality standards, work habits, and performance expectations. Maintain all required quality control and compliance documentation, ensuring audit readiness at all times. Ensure operations are performed in accordance with customer instructions, the Global Safety Manual, local safety standards, and company policies. Monitor and ensure completion of required technical, safety, regulatory, and compliance training, including applicable examinations and certifications. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting of inspection and laboratory test results. Maintain and grow strong customer relationships; serve as a point of contact for updates, inquiries, and complaint resolution. Market company services locally and support sales and business development activities. Prepare technical, financial, and workforce-related proposals for management review as required. Ensure local operations are aligned with company strategy, policies, and operational objectives. Provide input into operational policy development, workforce planning, and resource allocation. Advise the Area Manager on financial, operational, and performance-related matters. Perform other duties as required to support safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
