Implement automated, containerized cloud application platform solutions with a focus on infrastructure concerns including networking, storage, virtualization, security, logging, monitoring, and high availability and system resilience
Serve as a subject matter expert on site, addressing technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs
Learn new technologies and apply those concepts to customer needs
Adapt to changing customer requirements
Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of complex open source solutions
Respond to incidents, escalations, and exceptions in a professional manner
Deliver quality results both on-site and post-engagement that are on time and within the scope of the assigned project, including project journals, status reports, and other standard documentation
Requirements
3+ years experience working in a consulting role
Excellent customer-facing skills; ability to present to customers and lead customer interactions
Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies on a delivery level
Experience implementing container technologies in an enterprise setting and with enterprise-wide deployments
Knowledge of two or more Red Hat's infrastructure solutions like Red Hat OpenStack Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or Ansible Automation Platform. Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform is a plus.
Understanding of the open source community
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and planning skills
Willingness to travel across the region
Excellent written and verbal language skills in French and English
Red Hat Certifications are considered a plus
