Documentation & System Management Capture, organize, and distribute operational documentation from internal and external sources (e.g., Gateway, RSI, etc) and maintain documentation, ensuring historical accuracy and accessibility. Organize and manage incoming PCAs, validating Restaurant Lists to ensure accuracy, and updating appropriate repositories. Timely processing of incoming invoices in Coupa, with the ability to maintain accurate financial tracking in spreadsheets. Chef Kitchen Management Plan, coordinate and implement menu updates based on business calendars and launch schedules while proactively reviewing system readiness. Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed. Execute and validate PHU pan assignment changes, and maintain accurate configuration templates and EDM Share Group data with detailed site-specific layouts for both the National and Market Test calendars. Work with external vendors to ensure the accurate set-up of Thaw/Prep direction provided to restaurants in order to support the current menu and LTO platforms. Indoor and Outdoor Digital Menu Board (DMB) Content Maintenance Complete a detailed review of brand merchandising guides and coordinate discussions with teams for alignment. Maintain and support all aspects of DMB content across locations, update documentation as needed, and ensure vendor portal uploads as expected upon launch. Execute content updates, including LTO launches, removals, and sold-out solutions. Maintain detailed and accurate records of panel configurations and rotations for unique setups. Monitor timelines and dependencies for DMB-related updates across teams. Ensure accuracy of menu configurations, including market tests and localized offerings. Communicate operational issues (e.g., equipment outages) to field teams. Drive-Thru Director (DTD) & Site Maintenance Maintain Rack-n-Stack hierarchy and system configurations. Support site lifecycle updates, including openings, remodels, and closures. Address and resolve Helpdesk escalations related to DTD. Operational Support & Launch Readiness Plan and implement any required configuration changes to a restaurant's Chef, DMB, and DTD systems in order to support the large volume of ongoing remodel activity. Maintain and update tracking tools, including surveys and operational spreadsheets. Execute price comparisons, ensuring an accurate and complete capture of relevant data to support SOX controls, and distribute findings to manager. Draft, obtain approval, and distribute internal communications (WCW, Home Office Mail). Key Skills & Qualifications: Excellent attention to detail, across all tasks and responsibilities assigned.
