Provide power system technical expertise to generator set product development, manufacturing, sales, and applications engineering teams. Engage with both standard product and custom solutions.
Drive continuous improvement with updates to the generator set sizing program, standardization of technical publications, and captive toolset improvements.
Responsible for developing harness and wire management systems that comply with third party agency regulatory requirements and internal KPS design standards.
Proficiency with Windchill, SAP, AutoCAD, SEE Electrical, and/or Creo will be critical to long term success.
Drive continuous improvement with updates to the generator set sizing program, standardization of technical publications, and captive toolset improvements.
Participate in design reviews and design FMEA's.
Assist with vendor investigation of root cause analysis for failed components.
Contribute to lessons learned methodology and continuous process improvement.
Provides technical guidance and design direction to CAD Analysts.

Develops documents and achieves product specifications for customers, regulatory, and technical requirements
