Job Scope: 1. Administrative Support Manage Case Management system admin operations including role assignments, basic report generation and category maintenance Assist with corporate gifts management and coordination Assist with adding and removing of Billing Contacts for organisations 2. Mail and Courier Management Prepare outgoing mail (registered, local and overseas) for postage Coordinate courier deliveries and pickups with proper record keeping Follow up closely to ensure timely delivery and pickup completion 3. Customer Service Operations Provide professional customer service by responding to enquiries across CSC service touchpoints within Service Level Agreement Handle customer enquiries, support L1 on clarifications where required, and assess and route/escalate cases to appropriate teams (L2/L3) in accordance with established workflows
