MarComms Manager

About the role

In order to drive the company through its significant growth and to enhance and nurture the company's growth - we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic marcomms professional to join our successful team and play a key role in driving our corporate story. The position offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to take ownership of a diverse set of B2B marketing and communication programs and help to manage AnyMind Group's reputation with external and internal stakeholders. The role will be based in Taiwan. The selected candidate will also work adjacent with a remote marketing and communications team across the region.

Responsibilities

• Localize the global marcomms strategy to fit audiences in the Taiwan market
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing functions and operations and ensure they project a cohesive brand voice
• Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to agree on and deliver a communications strategy
• Manage the country marketing budget and plan marketing initiatives within the budget
• Develop and execute a content strategy that positions the company as an industry thought leader and engages the target audience
• Localize or repurpose content marketing initiatives when necessary
• Contribute to the maintenance and updating of owned media, including websites and external portals
• Lead owned, earned, and paid events, including the creation of marketing assets and speaking content
• Identify relevant award opportunities and develop award submissions

• Be the key contact point for relevant media, and execute on proactive and reactive media engagement
• Foster media relations with journalists, and provide relevant media stakeholders with a reliable and trusted resource for company information
• Draft, localize and pitch company announcements, including press releases and interviews
• Support HR for recruitment branding initiatives and content
• Support internal communication efforts locally, including employee communications and internal company events
• Support internal communication campaigns when necessary

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing and/or communications
• Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and ambiguous growth environment
• Good understanding and appreciation of the business landscape and culture in Taiwan
• The appetite and ability to thrive in uncertainty and will need to rapidly become a trusted influencer who can build strong shared alignment, goals, and partnerships
• Proven experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans
• Strategic and creative thinking and the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans
• Strong writing and comprehension skills in Chinese and English alongside excellent communication skills
• Excellent in project management with high quality and attention to detail
• Results-driven and a willing learner
