Full Stack Developer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Development and continuous improvement of scalable web applications across the entire software lifecycle
• Design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation of backend and frontend components
• Implementation of modern backend solutions using Java and Spring / Spring Boot
• Development of high-performance frontends with Angular or React
• Design and integration of RESTful APIs as well as integration of external systems
• Ensuring high code quality through Clean Code principles, SOLID principles, and clean software architecture
• Conducting code reviews and contributing to automated testing
• Building and further developing CI/CD pipelines
• Active contribution to product development by challenging requirements and proposing own solution ideas
• Use and evaluation of AI-supported development approaches (e.g. AI-driven development, LLM integrations)
• Collaboration in agile teams and active participation in technical decision-making
• Profile
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing software systems across the entire lifecycle
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of Java and solid experience with Spring / Spring Boot
• Practical experience in frontend development with Angular or React
• Good understanding of modern web architectures (REST, state management, API integration)
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and structured code reviews
• High quality standards regarding code, architecture, and maintainability
• Initial practical experience with LLM integrations (e.g. API connections) is a plus
• Basic understanding of agentic AI is an advantage
• Structured, self-reliant working style and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and pragmatic implementation in daily development work
• Very good German and good English skills
