Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in LMT (Local Modern Trade).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store partners and LMT customers.
- Analyze market trends, including competitor activities, and identify sales opportunities within LMT channels.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in stores according to the planogram.
- Who We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in managing Local Modern Trade accounts (e.g., minimarkets, local retail chains). Preferably in the same region
- Proven success in the FMCG industry
- Strong strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution
- Experience in leading and developing sales teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel and managing sales budgets
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
