What your job will look like
We're seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to join our global Communications and Brand team. This role supports enterprise‑wide KLA initiatives while leading internal communications for our Israel sites. As part of the Internal Communications and Talent Marketing team, you'll partner closely with regional leadership and cross‑functional teams - including HR, Engineering, Global Workplace Services and IT - to deliver clear, timely and engaging communications that inform, connect and inspire employees.
Your responsibilities will include
Supporting the Internal Communications team in creating and executing global cross-company programs and initiatives
Overseeing regional (Israel) internal communications, including building creative campaigns, developing written content and advising functions on effective communication strategies
Maintaining internal communication channels and platforms to ensure consistency, clarity and reach
Translating complex topics into clear, audience‑relevant messages and communication programs
Playing an active role in both the strategic direction and tactical delivery of company‑wide global employee events
Supporting communications for special projects, events, organizational changes and other high‑impact initiatives
Representing regional employee perspectives and priorities within global communications strategy and messaging
What you need to succeed
5+ years of relevant experience in communications, preferably internal/employee communications
Native‑level English proficiency, both written and spoken
Strong Hebrew proficiency, both written and spoken
A passion and proficiency for writing with proven skills that can help shape the internal communications narrative
Strong understanding of AP Style writing and editing rules, and attention to detail
Understanding of and passion for culture and organizational effectiveness
Ability to lead projects and simplify complex topics in a friendly and approachable manner for internal audiences
Comfort engaging with senior executives
Strong ability to influence and inspire others across levels and functions
BS/BA degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field
