Your Opportunity: The Manager Order Services position is responsible for leading order management operations to deliver a reliable, efficient, and customer ‑ focused order experience. This role owns end ‑ to ‑ end order execution performance, workforce planning, and continuous improvement across order processing, fulfillment coordination, and issue resolution. The Manager leads and develops a team, leverages advanced systems and data to drive decisions, and partners cross ‑ functionally with various Supply Chain teams to ensure orders are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with customer and business expectations. Work Location / Other Components: This role will be based at the Bloomington, MN Toro's International Corporate Headquarters. Fully remote is not available at this time. This role will require 5-days on site during training. The current team works 3-days on campus, with optional 2-days remote. Typical office environment as it pertains to lighting, temperature, and noise level when in administrative/operations offices. May require occasional travel to other company sites, distribution centers, or supplier locations. What Will You Do? Key Responsibilities: In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for strategic inventory, planning & execution: Order Management & Operational Leadership Lead global end ‑ to ‑ end order management operations, including order processing, fulfillment coordination, returns, and customer order support. Own daily execution, workload balancing, and performance management using the Daily Management System and defined KPIs. Serve as the escalation point for complex or high ‑ priority order issues, driving timely resolution and root cause corrective actions. Team Management Lead, develop, and coach a global team of order services professionals, setting clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards. Manage workforce planning, capacity, and resource allocation to support volume variability and service commitments. Foster a customer ‑ focused, continuous ‑ improvement mindset through training, feedback, and career development. Cross‑ Functional Partnership, Process Improvement & Compliance Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehousing, and other Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless order execution and issue resolution. Analyze order fulfillment processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that improve efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal policies, proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks. Support internal and external audit activities by providing documentation, process visibility, and control validation to ensure compliance with public ‑ company standards and internal policies. Leverage data and reporting to provide visibility into order performance, trends, and customer experience for leadership. What Do You Need? To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or supply chain roles. Minimum of 3 years in a people ‑ leader role managing teams supporting domestic and/or international operations. Strong understanding of order management processes, global logistics coordination, and customer support operations. Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar order management platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage performance, and drive accountability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cultures and time zones. P
