Prepare executive-level content including OKR narratives, progress updates, risk escalations, town hall storylines, and strategic messaging.
Organizational Governance & Operating Rhythm
Own the ALM leadership governance model, including planning cadences, initiative reviews, KPI cycles, and strategic checkpoints.
Maintain transparency and alignment across all ALM initiatives, ensuring consistency in health logic, dependencies, and reporting standards.
Serve as the primary coordinator for cross-segment product planning and Product Ops alignment to ensure ALM visibility, constraints, and dependencies are represented.
People, Organization, and Operational Health
Serve as point leader for organizational health, partnering with HR to integrate people insights into leadership decision-making.
Drive leadership transparency around talent, organizational bottlenecks, and operational risks.
Facilitate the ALM People & Organizational Health forum and ensure data-driven operational clarity.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, product strategy, management consulting, or Chief of Staff-style roles.
Proven experience driving large-scale planning, strategic alignment, or transformation programs.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Deep analytical skills and comfort with financial modeling, KPIs, and operational health metrics.
Exceptional communication, narrative building, and leadership facilitation skills.
Experience working in cross-functional environments across engineering, product, services, and GTM.

PTC determines compensation using objective and gender‑neutral criteria, including relevant professional experience, skills, qualifications, role responsibilities, and the role's geographic location.
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is €80,000- €200,000 for the stated work location.This range reflects the expected remuneration for the role at the time of posting.
In addition to base salary, the position may be eligible to participate in a performance‑based variable compensation plan, where applicable, in accordance with established plan rules and local legal requirements.
