Manager, New Product Introduction Process Excellence

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, NPI Process Excellence to play a critical leadership role in enabling efficient, scalable, and predictable New Product Introduction (NPI) across the Biosciences Reagents & Assays portfolio. This role focuses on end‑to‑end process clarity, standardization, and continuous improvement , ensuring NPI workflows support increasing product volume and complexity across Research and Clinical Reagents. The Staff Engineer partners closely with cross-functional Product Development teams, Enterprise IT , the Transformation Office (Innovation Excellence) , and to define, analyze, and improve NPI processes aligned with enterprise standards and enabling systems. This position requires strong facilitation skills, a systems mindset, and the ability to influence execution through process excellence in a matrixed organization.
