Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-10 unionized frontline employees, fostering a strong safety culture and supporting professional growth.
Supervise and coordinate utility services work within your assigned operational area to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures, with accountability for environmental, health, and safety performance.
Provide emergency response leadership and participate in an on-call after-hours duty supervisor rotation as required.
Plan and manage workloads, budgets, and performance targets, while monitoring employee productivity and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Promote Plant Damage Prevention Awareness and ensure all required training is completed to support safe, compliant work execution.
Requirements
Related university degree and seven-plus years' experience OR nine‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
Working Conditions:
Office based role with a significant amount of time spent in the field.
Participation in after hours emergency duty supervisor rotation that may require field visits.
Minimal travel.

Salary:
Ranges from $93,000 - $119,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
