Night Shift Production Technician

About the role

A production technician is responsible for day-to-day operational activities in a fast-paced, highly automated, technical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for autonomous setup, run, changeover and troubleshooting of multiple technologies on a production line, or multiple lines, with various types of low-tech and high-tech equipment. Serves as the subject matter expert, and can train others, which includes completing training documentation. The primary goal is to work safely with a focus on teamwork towards the reduction of downtime, as well as improving efficiency and upholding quality standards. *This is a 12-hour, night shift position with a schedule rotation that allows for every other weekend off.
