Produce high-quality digital content, including AR/VR experiences, drone experiences, professional photography, and podcasts, using BDV's facilities. 2. Implement social media strategies for UMKM and other clients (i.e., content planning, scheduling, management of social media advertising campaigns) 3. Conduct effective and efficient operation of all BINUS Digitech Valley zones (i.e., Hype Reality Zone (HRZ), Eagle Sky Zone (ESZ), Memory Zone (MZ), and Live Show Zone (LSZ)) 4. Continuously explore new digital tools and techniques to enhance BDV's content offerings. 5. Liaise with UMKM clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored digital marketing solutions. 6. Conduct effective implementation of any improvement needed 7. Provide activities related to BDV's programs such as workshop, consultations and collaborative projects 8. Maintain appropriately and record overall BDV's equipment and facilities Management Support Activities : o Provide Report to direct Supervisor. o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost). o Perform activities related to Quality Management System. o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement : - Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), or - University student (6th semester) Work Experience : - No working experience If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
