Plans and supervises the removal of leaves, grass, dirt, rubbish, and refuse from the grounds.
Participates and assists in planning the cultivation, pruning, spraying, and planting of grass shrubs, and trees.
Coordinates equipment operations and maintains control over tools, equipment, and supplies.
Assists in the removal and storage of radioactive waste under the supervision of a safety officer.
Ensures proper care and operation of equipment; promotes continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental practices.
Maintains records and completes applicable reports.
Utilizes pressure washer to maintain cleanliness of buildings, sidewalks, trash compactor rooms and other surfaces.
