Manage the junior team on multiple tasks across a consulting engagement including modeling and client presentations. Develop content and lead the preparation of high quality, refined reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables. Demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity. Develop and lead innovative retail service offerings that are relevant for our retail and consumer clients. Required Skills & Experience Experience in a retail, direct to consumer or consumer goods environment and/or previous consulting with similar type clients. Expertise one or more of the following functions: direct sourcing, product to market, consumer analytics, digital experience, marketing, personalization, digital commerce, back-office operations, distribution and transportation, store and omni operations, indirect procurement. Experience with developing and managing financial and operational analysis as well as assisting to implement changes as result of analysis and observations. Experience with improving working capital and financial performance utilizing systems, tools, and bridge solutions.
