Head of Data and Data Management

About the role

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to define and deliver Procode's end-to-end data capability. As Head of Data & Data Management, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, engineering, and operations, ensuring data is treated as a trusted, high-value enterprise asset and product. You will lead the evolution of our data platforms, governance framework, and AI enablement, while ensuring operational excellence across data management. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on leadership, requiring someone who can shape vision whilst also ensuring high-quality execution at scale.

Responsibilities

• You'll take ownership of shaping and delivering Procode's data capability end-to-end, from defining the strategy through to making sure it works day-to-day in a fast-moving, product-led environment.
