Perform planned and corrective maintenance across buildings, grounds, and action sports zones
Complete general repairs and improvements (e.g., painting, drywall patching)
Conduct landscape maintenance, including irrigation repairs and grounds upkeep
Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and small equipment
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate as needed
Document work using a computerized maintenance management system
Operations
Support safe, efficient daily operations across the facility
Assist with parking operations, including traffic flow and guest direction
Perform snow removal using appropriate equipment and tools
Support events, projects, and cross-functional operational needs
Deliver professional, responsive service to guests
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
Experience in facility or building maintenance
Experience with landscape maintenance and snow removal
Familiarity with maintenance management systems
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to make sound safety-related decisions
Basic Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license required
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Ability to perform physical tasks (bending, lifting to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods)
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and at heights

The Facility Technician is a key member of the Woodward Park City Base Operations team and reports to the Base Operations Manager.
