Develop and maintain backend systems using Python FastAPI for robust data processing pipelines.
Implement agentic workflow using MCP tools and an agentic orchestrator such as LangGraph.
Applicant must have experience with Claude Code, MCP servers, and Github for coding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical scientists, IT, and business stakeholders to include technical timelines and planning.

Demonstrate knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare business, and utilize this knowledge in the rapid advancement of agile, impactful, and cost-effective solutions.
Effectively organize and present project objectives and progress. Contribute to technical publications and presentations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field with 2 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 0 years of experience.
Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML in clinical or pharmaceutical contexts.
Hands-on experience using large language models and machine learning algorithms.
Strong programming skills in Python with emphasis on data science libraries including FastAPI and Pandas.
Backend development experience using FastAPI.
Experience with Claude Code, MCP servers, and Github.
Experience building applications on AWS infrastructure.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
