In this role you will: Provide general administrative services (e.g. preparation of presentations using PowerPoint, preparation of materials for meetings, manage leave and attendance, etc.). Be responsible for producing and managing sensitive material for management teams. Take care of office management responsibilities such as collecting and analyzing information, scheduling for the business unit including meetings, travel, invitations etc., administrating of the office budget (supplies; invoice payment), file management, communication with the business units. Identify opportunities to streamline services and processes. Daily communication with internal and external contacts, typically at the senior management level and with the respective management teams. As a point of direct contact with external customers, stakeholders, public etc., you will play an active role in the fostering/promoting of customer service and protecting NAV CANADA's reputation. Support the administrative needs of both local and extended regional management, ensuring coordination and consistency across regions. Take care of office management responsibilities such as collecting and analyzing information, scheduling for the business unit-including meetings, travel, and invitations-administering a budget (supplies, invoice payments), file management, and communication with business units. What you bring: Minimum of 3 years administrative and/or office experience. Experience with and knowledge of senior management support and general office management. Experience with managing scheduling priorities. Strong administrative and office system/computer experience. Previous experience in aviation or safety sensitive industry is considered an asset.
