Responsibilities
- Support delivery of pre-construction readiness activities across MEH (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC) systems
- Ensure systems, documentation, and interfaces are fully prepared for construction and installation
- Review and validate engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment on readiness milestones
- Identify and resolve technical issues and interface clashes prior to installation
- Support development of installation sequences, work packs, and readiness plans

- Required Skills:
- Demonstrable experience working as a Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, M&E or MEP Engineer
- Proven involvement in pre-construction readiness / construction readiness on large infrastructure, nuclear, or energy projects
- Strong understanding of MEH systems installation, sequencing, and delivery requirements
- Experience coordinating with design, construction, and commissioning teams
- Knowledge of site-based engineering and construction processes
- Ability to review and interpret technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
- Experience working in highly regulated environments (e.g. nuclear, defence, major projects)
- Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering , or equivalent military experience .
- Desirable Skills:
- Background with Tier 1 contractors or key MEH subcontractors
- Familiarity with commissioning, system handover, or energisation activities
- Understanding of nuclear safety standards and quality requirements
- Experience with interface management across disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical)
