-Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) administration experience, including configuration, publishing, and troubleshooting
-Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) experience, including image management and stream-based provisioning
-Citrix NetScaler/ADC experience including load balancing, SSL offload, and Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB)
-Citrix StoreFront and Access Gateway/Citrix Gateway experience for secure remote access and user authentication
-Extensive skills with Citrix products and technologies, including day-to-day platform operations, performance tuning, and incident/outage troubleshooting
-Advanced knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls, Network Security)
-Experience in enterprise-level software package integration and deployment
-Detailed understanding of information systems in the healthcare operations domain desired
-Advanced knowledge of server health reporting and monitoring
-Ability to evaluate system's capacity, utilization trends and plan future needs accordingly
-Active participation in on call rotation and occasional work outside normal business hours
-Must be a team player and be willing to participate in occasional off hours activities to accomplish departmental goals

Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $167,500.00 - $255,250.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation.
