Responsible for creating and generating reports that provide analytics to the global recruiting team up to executive management; develop and manage weekly, monthly & quarterly reports
Respond quickly to ad-hoc data requests inclusive of research, reporting, and analysis requests from recruiting team members, as well as Operations, Business Development, and other Parexel departments
Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in the hiring process
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations
Support the development and implementation of new recruitment strategies based on data insights
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment operations through process mapping and optimization
Develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving research, reporting, and analysis efficiency
Develop and present key findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders, communicating the approaches taken as well as potential limitations and caveats
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
At least 2 years of experience in HR analytics or similar
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Proven track record of developing creative solutions to complex and ambiguous problems, and effective cross-team collaboration across functions and levels
Ability to pose complex strategic decisions for management to present to business leaders with clarity and precision
Problem solver with an eye towards continuous improvement and automating processes to scale
Ability to search databases with precise logic-based querying (Workday, LinkedIn, Salesforce)
Ability to analyze and extract intelligence from large and obscure data sets
Advanced data manipulation and transformation skills
Decision making/problem solving skills
Energetic, enthusiastic self-starter
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms; Workday experience is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
