Silgan Containers is hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for our Napoleon, Ohio, manufacturing plant. Pay and Benefits Starting pay $33.15 to $39.18 per hour based on experience. Overtime and shift differentials. $2000 hiring bonus.
