Experience in the Printed Circuit Board industry is not required but the candidate should possess a strong electrical background and mechanical abilities.
Ability:
Must be capable of organizing time and resources to complete scheduled tasks without supervision. Learn new procedures and technical data quickly. Work with production, engineering and quality to improve the production process.
Location:
The candidate must work from / in one of our TTM sites for value add when not on the road supporting another site.
Travel:
The expected travel is 25 to 50%

The CNC Maintenance Tech will be responsible for maintaining CNC drilling, routing and laser equipment and other advanced controlled equipment used in the production of printed circuit boards. They will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures as well as process related problems. The CNC Maintenance Tech will also perform calibrations of the CNC equipment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Understand equipment operation and features in order to utilize them in the manufacturing process.
Complete recommended maintenance tasks as specified by the equipment manufacturer.
Troubleshoot CNC equipment breakdowns.
Perform calibrations and maintain records for traceability.
Provide instruction and guidance for proper equipment operation.
