DevOps Engineer

About the role

You'll be responsible for engineering and automating cloud infrastructure, enabling fast, secure and reliable delivery across complex environments. Key responsibilities: Design, build and manage cloud infrastructure across Azure or GCP Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery Support containerised environments (Docker, Kubernetes) Develop automation scripts (Python, Bash, Shell) Work within cross-functional DevOps / SRE teams to improve system reliability and scalability Apply DevOps best practices across monitoring, logging and deployment What they're looking for 2+ years experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering Hands-on with: Azure or GCP , Terraform (or similar IaC tools) and CI/CD tooling Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) Scripting experience ( Python, Bash or similar ) Solid understanding of Linux, networking and cloud architecture Experience working in Agile environments Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) Package £45,000 - £60,000 base Bonus + strong benefits package Hybrid working across multiple UK locations Get in touch with Connor Smyth at Anson McCade to hear more.
