Senior Product Designer (Full Remote - Romania)

Responsibilities

• Product Design
• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery
• Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
• Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives
• Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale
• Create and iterate on visual content (image + video) to support product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing/growth surfaces
• Product Thinking & Innovation
• Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts
• Identify opportunities beyond the immediate brief
• Help shape new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration
• Push ideas further through experimentation and thoughtful challenge

You'll work across multiple product surfaces, including conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, growth experiences, interactive features, and emerging product areas still being defined. You'll work closely with our Product Design Lead, Product Managers, and Engineers to solve complex product problems, explore new opportunities, and help define the next generation of consumer AI experiences. We're looking for someone with strong product judgment, technical fluency, excellent communication, and the ability to contribute original ideas that raise the bar.
