The successful candidate will reside in the DC-Maryland-Virginia market and be willing to travel domestically, to meet client project requests. The Senior Manager, PF Project Delivery is responsible for the technical performance of project controls ( scope, cost, schedule , and risk management) and the business development expansion of services at partner accounts . I n this billable client facing role, they will identify , train, develop, coach, and mentor technical teams developing high performing project engineers and consultants . The Senior Manager is r esponsible for client relationship management and acts as client liaison during delivery of manufacturing solution services engagement s . They are s trategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction through project delivery while maintaining and growing client relationship s . In this client-facing role, the Senior Manager will be able to identify additional opportunities to provide new and added services for the mutual benefit of the client and the organization . They will also keep abreast of market and technology trends through industry groups . Essential functions of the position: Project Delivery and Team Member Development Manage teams at various client sites/locations to ensure consistency of technical services, complian t with client and Project Farma processes and standards and responsiveness to both client and employee requirements . Collaboratively identify and implement employee performance and development plans to meet individual development and organizational growth goals . Direct and manage teams executing projects within the Manufacturing Solutions practice area s with overall responsibility for technical solutions, cost, quality, and client satisfactio n. Strategically assign team members to accounts for mutual benefit and i dentify Team Member succession planning to maximize the readiness of future leaders. Lead initiatives and projects by ensuring Team Members understand team and individual goals and responsibilities, managing priorities and ensuring timely and high-quality completion of work. Support project direction and strategy based on client vision and expected outcomes throughout the entire project delivery life cycle without oversight. Support and identify resource planning, as well as define project objectives and requirements necessary to structure a project or activity.
