Interim Associate or Senior Editor (Clinical Infectious Diseases), Nature Communications

If the answer is ' yes' to any or all of these questions, you could be the person we're looking for to join the editorial team of Nature Communications. Nature Communications is the leading multidisciplinary Open Access journal, publishing high-quality scientific research. To help us to build on the success of this journal, we're seeking an editor with a critical eye, a deep understanding of their subject and interests beyond, and who can think on their feet. We are looking for a candidate with experience in Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases or Clinical Vaccinology; candidates with experience in designing and conducting clinical trials are especially encouraged to apply. You will report to a Chief E ditor in the health and clinical sciences division at Nature Communications and may collaborate closely with other Nature Portfolio journals as needed. Please note that responsibilities and journal assignments may evolve over time in response to portfolio needs. This role is offered on a fixed-term contract (maternity cover) basis and can be in our London or Pune offices on a hybrid working model.
