Reporting to our Marketing Director (International), the Field Marketing Manager, Benelux, is a pivotal, revenue-focused role responsible for driving pipeline and bookings growth across the region. You'll own the full regional marketing mix, from demand generation campaigns and digital marketing through to events, content, social media, and sales alignment. Owning the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Benelux region, with a clear focus on pipeline and bookings growth Designing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, content, email, social, webinar, and event channels Analysing Salesforce and marketing performance data to understand pipeline health, campaign effectiveness, and revenue contribution Managing and optimising regional marketing budgets to maximise return on investment Building strong partnerships with sales teams, BDRs, and regional stakeholders to identify opportunities and address pipeline gaps Managing Bullhorn's presence at industry events, trade shows, roundtables, and customer-facing activities Working closely with creative, marketing operations, demand generation, and external agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns Creating, localising, and adapting marketing content for Dutch and English-speaking audiences Experimenting with new channels, ideas, and approaches, measuring results and applying learnings quickly Sharing market insights, campaign performance, and recommendations with stakeholders across the business This role will be a fit for you if...
