Job Summary
The HVAC Filter Replacement Specialist is responsible for inspecting, removing, replacing, and properly disposing of HVAC air filtration systems in both an industrial and professional environment. This role ensures optimal air quality, system efficiency and equipment reliability.
Starting Pay: $20/hr
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on facility needs
Performance Expectations
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety protocols, PPE usage, attendance standards, and work practices, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment
- Meet scheduled filter change intervals
- Minimize system downtime during service
- Ensure high standards of equipment cleanliness
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
